Coach Hans was built by Darrin Maidlow, an Entry Level certified and Development Level trained alpine coach who spends his winters on snow with developing racers. He came up the way a lot of coaches do, handed a group without a playbook and figuring out the answers run by run, and built Hans to be the coaching brain he always wanted in his pocket between runs.
