Coach Hans is a tool for alpine ski racing coaches. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it. Questions go to hello@coachhans.com.
What we collect
- Early-access details. When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email, and the club or role you tell us, so we can reach out about beta access.
- What you ask the app. The questions and notes you enter, so the app can answer them and save your drills and plans.
- Basic usage data. Standard, privacy-respecting analytics to understand what works and fix what does not.
How we use it
- To contact you about early access and the beta. Nothing else.
- To run and improve the app: answer your questions, save your plans, and make the product better.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share what you enter about your athletes with other coaches or third parties for marketing.
- We do not send spam. The early-access list is only used to email you about access.
Athlete information
Coaches may describe athletes when asking a question. Keep it to coaching context. We treat that information as confidential, do not sell it, and use it only to answer your question and run the app.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your information at any time. Email hello@coachhans.com and we will take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and, for material changes, let early-access coaches know by email.
