Coaches who will actually use it, on the hill and at home, and who will tell us the truth. New coaches who need it, and experienced coaches willing to pour what they know into it. You do not need to be technical. You need to coach, and to care about it getting better.
What you'd do.
This off-season (now through fall)
- Put it to work. Ask Hans the real questions you face, review the answers, and rate them. Tell us when it's thin, wrong, or missing.
- Flag the confidently-wrong ones. When it's sure and wrong, that's the answer we most need to see.
- Teach it. Pour your drills and progressions in through Teach Me Mode, and sit for a few interviews with Hans so your knowledge is in there.
- Bring your edge cases. Your discipline, your athlete ages, the situations a stranger won't think to try.
- Build your season with it. Write your 2026-27 training plans in it, so it is carrying real weight before the snow flies.
Through the season (2026-27)
- Use it for real, all season, with your actual group, on the hill and at home.
- Use voice mode the way you really would. AirPods, CarPlay, glasses, gloves on, between runs.
- Keep rating and correcting as situations come up, and keep teaching it as you go.
- Tell us straight, on a regular basis. What worked, what was wrong, what was missing.
- Stay reachable. A regular check-in with the founder, and the direct line goes both ways.

The honest part.
It is early. It will have rough edges, and some answers will miss. That is the point. We would rather you find the holes now, with us, than a stranger find them after launch. If you want a finished product, wait for it. If you want to shape the one that ships, this is the room.
The group is small on purpose.
